Where did Sunny Southern California go this past January? This project took forever due to bad weather and a disgruntled neighbor who called the city inspector on us (no, not because we left the country for 30 days which we would probably do again given the chance.) The project went very smoothly thanks to a great General Contractor and an interim Project Manager. The pictures should explain itself on how much work was put into this house, enjoy the view, we'll sign for autographs after (just kidding!)
