This project sums up the upcoming summer season... Who could resist this 4 bedroom 2 bath pool home, with the pool in front of the home? That's RETRO! Of course, its fenced in for major privacy as well as decorated to feel like your in Bali (yes, our minds are always in paradise). Maybe you'll find a house like this in Palm Springs but in Orange County... The front yard is a total hang out spot, if we owned it, our guests would probably never make it inside the house or... just see for yourself... Check out the Before and After photos below.

WOW Christine! You guys did an amazing job!!! And your asking price is such a steal. Here in Manhattan, real estate is ridiculously expensive. An apartment this fancy would easily cost $5m (sans pool, of course).
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on a very successful and beautiful renovation :)
Looks Sweet!!!! First house i've seen with a pool in the front and it's pretty cool.
ReplyDeleteOne of these days I am gonna have to have you come modernize our place up some more! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the lovely comments. This is one of the favorites, but they somehow all become my favorite.
ReplyDelete@ Dhale: I'm hooked on these new shows that are based in Manhattan NY, "Selling New York" and "9 By Design" NY is expensive! I would love to visit NY sometime this year, maybe in the late summer.
@ Zeus: Pool in the front, totally RETRO! I've never seen one before until this house too.
@ Joey: You have a lovely home! You've done so much already, but if you ever need help, "holla!" lol
I really dig how the dark floor in the living room vs the light floor/ dark cabinetry in the kitchen.
